Atlanta-based building materials distributor White Cap has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Tri-Boro Construction Supplies, the company announced May 9. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1974, Tri-Boro is a distributor of a wide range of products, including construction supplies, building materials, power equipment and tools, and safety and PPE products. Tri-Boro is central Pennsylvania’s leading distributor of concrete accessories, according to a news release. The company has branch locations in Dallastown and Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
“We are excited to bring new capabilities and product depth to help deliver exceptional service and solutions for our customers, while also growing with the talent of this experienced team,” White Cap CEO John Stegeman said in the release.
White Cap ranked No. 12 on MDM’s 2022 Top Building Materials/Construction Distributors list.
