Construction and industrial supplies distributor White Cap announced a new organizational structure for its U.S. regions, effective Nov. 4.
This new framework consolidates seven U.S. regions into three — West, Central, and East — comprising a total of 26 districts.
“This new strategic structure will help facilitate our continued growth, ensuring a strong focus on serving our customers with our one-stop shop portfolio of products and value-added services, while providing even more career opportunities for our talented associates,” White Cap CEO Alan Sollenberger said in an Oct. 7 news release.
Each region is managed by a regional president who reports to White Cap’s Chief Commercial Officer Page Naftel. They receive support from a VP of sales and a VP of operations. All districts are overseen by general managers who report to the regional presidents.
“These combined geographic areas and aligned leadership teams will facilitate more streamlined execution of strategic initiatives and ensure clear accountability within each region to provide the highest levels of service to our customers from coast to coast,” Naftel added.
The West region is led by Regional President Bob Jacoby; the Central regional is led by Regional President Brian Bilderback; and the East region is led by Regional President Jason Joice.
On Oct. 14, White Cap announced the acquisition of ERSCO Construction Supply (Michigan), following its previously most recent addition of Jobsite Supply (Indianapolis, IN), completed on Sept. 18.
White Cap was No. 11 on MDM’s Industrial Supplies Top Distributors List, and No. 8 for Building Materials/Construction.
