NetPlus Alliance President and CEO Jennifer Murphy garnered a major honor during the Industrial Supply Association’s ISA24 convention April 15-17 in Charlotte, NC, receiving the group’s annual Women’s Influence Award.
This accolade recognizes Murphy’s outstanding commitment to advancing the development and influence of women in the industrial supply channel.
ISA noted that, in leading NetPlus — a buying group for industrial and construction supplies distributors and manufacturers — Murphy has built an inclusive and dedicated team with a purpose-driven culture. NetPlus’ considerable growth under her tenure included 2023 member purchases increasing by 265% since 2013.
In 2021, NetPlus transitioned ownership and leadership to Murphy from her father and company founder Dan Judge, who received ISA’s John J. Buckley Lifetime Achievement Award in 2017.

“Receiving the Women’s Influence Award from the Industrial Supply Association is a great honor, as it acknowledges our collective commitment to promote diversity and inclusivity in our industry,” Murphy said in an ISA news release. “Supporting the progress and impact of women is not only the right thing to do but also strategically important, fostering innovation, growth and sustainability. I’m grateful for this recognition and remain dedicated to the empowerment of all people in the industrial and construction supply channels.”
Beyond leading NetPlus, Murphy has been an active participant in ISA’s Women in Industry group since 2012, where she has contributed to various committees and initiatives aimed at supporting women’s advancement within the sector. She has also served as a mentor in multiple capacities, guiding aspiring entrepreneurs and industry professionals to success.

Serving in her community, Murphy is on the board of directors for the Greater Lockport Development Corporation and mentoring students through programs at Lockport High School and the University at Buffalo School of Management. Her accolades include recognition as a Western New York Outstanding Women of Excellence by Buffalo Business First and inclusion in MDM’s inaugural class of Women in Distribution (2021).
Jennifer Murphy lives in Lockport, NY, with her husband Tom, and their three children, Elaina, Sam, and Henry.
