Forklifts, cranes and other material handling products distributor Wolter Inc. has expanded into the Southeast region and appointed key executive leaders.
Southeast Region
WI-based Wolter expanded into the Southeast U.S. with the acquisition of Atlanta, GA-based Dedicated Material Handling Solution, completed Sept. 3. Wolter said this move allows the company to reach new customers and access markets stretching from Arkansas to Florida.
Tony Jones, the former CEO of Doosan Industrial Vehicles Americas, was appointed President of Wolter Southeast. Wolter said Jones will lead growth strategies and acquisitions across the Southeast, working to incorporate DMHS into the company’s current operations.
Midwest Leadership
Wolter said the company is dedicated to strengthening its core operations in the Midwest as it expands into new regions.
- Executive VP Ross Jeremiah has been promoted to President of Wolter’s Midwest region. In this role, he will oversee operations in the Midwest and ensure integration and collaboration with the newly formed Southeast region.
- Stu Pineda was promoted to CFO of Wolter, where he will focus on strategies that support the company’s expansion and ongoing success.
- The current COO Martin Park will serve as the newly appointed Chief of Staff to the CEO. Park will manage the coordination of operations across the company’s corporate departments, including HR, finance, IT, marketing and the newly established regional divisions.
