Ohio-based holding company GNCO Inc. announced April 5 it has named Randy Reece as president of FMH Material Handling Company, one of GNCO’s portfolio companies.
“Randy is an exceptional leader and is perfect for FMH,” GNCO President Matt Adams said in a news release. “As the second President in the company’s long history, he will build on the successful dealership that John Faulkner created. I’m most excited for the employees because Randy is known to be great to work for and to do business with.”
Reece previously spent 16 years with Equipment Depot Ohio, where he served in several roles of increasing responsibility, including Regional Vice President.
“My wife, son and I are extremely excited to be chasing a lifelong dream of moving to the Rockies,” Reece said in the release. “Joining the GNCO, Inc. family and taking on the president role at FMH is icing on the cake for me. John Faulkner has built a legacy at FMH that I’m excited to nurture and propel forward. I am moving away from an amazing company like Equipment Depot but joining a strong, growing, family business with aspirations aligned with my own. I truly believe the sky’s the limit in the Rockies.”
Reece succeeds John Faulkner as president of Denver-based FMH Material Handling Company. After a nearly 50-year career with FMH, including 45 as president, Faulkner sold his company to GNCO in January.
