Minnesota-based electrical distributor DSG opened two locations in Box Elder, SD and Spirit Lake, IA and relocated another to a larger facility in Grand Rapids, MI.

The new waterworks facility located in Box Elder services customers from the Rapid City, SD location. DSG said the expansion allows the Rapid City location to expand its product offerings — electrical, HVAC, plumbing, communications and onsite sewer and well.

The Spirit Lake location is dedicated to plumbing. While the Grand Rapids facility offers both HVAC and plumbing services in the new facility.

DSG said that the new facilities in South Dakota and Iowa will help the company more efficiently manage the growing demand for HVAC and plumbing services in the region.

“We are excited to announce the opening of our new locations and the relocation of our Grand Rapids facility,” DSG CEO and President Paul Kennedy said in a Sept. 11 news release. “This expansion reflects our ongoing dedication to serving our customers and communities by providing a wider range of products and services in key regions.”

This expansion raises DSG’s total number of locations to 57 across eight states.

DSG is No. 32 on MDM’s Top Distributor’s List for Electrical.
