Zug, Switzerland-based Bossard completed the acquisition of France-based Aero Negoce International SAS (ANI) — a distributor of fastening solutions and provider of logistics services in the aerospace industry.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 1993 and based in Béziers, France, ANI has 33 employees and is expecting 2024 fiscal sales of about $28 million USD, according to Bossard. The company also has locations in the U.S. and Malaysia.
A Sept. 26 news release detailed that the addition gains Bossard significantly more market presence in the aerospace industry and in France.
“With the completion of this acquisition, Bossard takes another significant step in the strategic implementation of becoming a globally-leading distributor for fastening solutions in the aerospace industry,” the company noted.
Bossard’s North American operations — based in Cedar Falls, IA — was No. 45 on MDM’s 2024 Top Distributors List for Industrial Supplies with $331 million in 2023 revenue, and No. 10 for Fasteners.
