The Specialty Tools & Fasteners Distributors Association (STAFDA) appointed leadership roles for 2025 during the group’s 48th Annual Convention & Trade Show, held Nov. 10-12 in Nashville, TN.
The following new leadership roles were appointed during the event’s General Session:

Dale Hahs II, President of AIS Industrial and Construction Supply, was named STAFDA President. Established in 1945, AIS has been a member of STAFDA since 1999.
- Matt Kitchens, VP of Sales at California Service Tool, was elected STAFDA VP.
- Ron Credit of Harmco Fastener Co., Inc., Tyler Veth of ASI Contractor Supply and Eric Wessinger of Richards Supply Company were elected to three-year terms on STAFDA’s Board.
- Tony Strein of International Fasteners, Inc. was appointed STAFDA Manufacturer Liaison.
- Emmett Fox of Regency Sales Co. joined the Rep Liaison Committee.

STAFDA said nearly 2,800 distributors, manufacturers and representative agent members attended the convention from November 10-12, in Nashville.
STAFDA has also opened registration for its second annual Excellence in Distribution (EID) program, to be held March 11-13 at the Nashville Hilton. STAFDA and PTDA members receive preferential pricing, but the event is designed and open to anyone in construction, industrial, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, LBM, safety, concrete or any other market in the construction channel.
