The Specialty Tools & Fasteners Distributors Association‘s (STAFDA) 48th Annual Convention & Trade Show will feature educational workshops and speakers throughout its program, to be held Nov. 10-12 in Nashville, TN.
The featured speakers and topics announced include:
- STAFDA’s AI and Cyber Security Consultant Mike Foster will discuss the threats to distribution businesses and best IT practices.
- James Dorn and John Gunderson of the Dorn Group will offer practical insights on how to stay competitive and continue to grow.
- Scott Tillema will teach tactics to embrace conflict resolution through active listening, communication, structure and confidence.
- Jamie Turner will guide attendees through a step-by-step process to help uncover and use their “superpowers” at work and at home.
- JJ DiGeronimo will guide attendees through identifying and aligning with mentors.
- Mark Noon will identify the characteristics of leader development, creating effective teams and creating a culture of teamwork.
- Alan Beaulieu’s will provide an update on the U.S. and global economic future.
