IMARK Group — a member-owned group of independent distributors — appointed William Ward as Executive Vice President to focus on leading organic growth and vertical expansion.
Ward was previously CEO of the industrial/construction distribution buying group Evergreen Supply Network (formerly Evergreen Marketing) from September 2021 to August 2023, and previously held executive roles at Forward Collective and JPW Industries.
Ward joined the IMARK team in November. In his role, he is responsible for the development of strategic planning to drive vertical synergies, category management, program development, and group service/solutions, according to a Dec. 6 news release.
Ward has over 35 years of experience in the industrial MRO, safety, and construction industries having served in sales, marketing, business development, operational, and executive roles. He has served on several advisory boards and Boards of Directors within the cooperative groups and industry channels.
IMARK Group is a member-owned, and member-governed group of independent distributors that generate annual sales volume exceeding $28 billion. The organization spans the electrical, utility, HVAC/R, plumbing, irrigation, waterworks, and PVF industries.
