Vermillion, OH-based manufacturers’ representative agency CSV Marketing acquired Paramont Representatives to provide more resources and services to its customers in the greater Chicagoland area.
“The acquisition of Paramont is a strategic move to strengthen our position in the market,” CSV Marketing Vice President of Sales and Operations Beck Oberholtzer said in a June 11 news release. “This acquisition will provide additional value to manufacturers through increased resources and better coverage.”
With the acquisition, Steve Chiappe, past owner of Paramont, will join Arlington Heights, IL-based CSV Marketing team as Regional Sales Manager with responsibilities for Wisconsin and areas of Illinois.
CSV Marketing has representatives in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, western Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia and Wisconsin. With the acquisition, CSV’s territory borders will remain the same, but there will be more coverage promoting manufacturers and supporting distributor partners.
Established in 1991, CSV Marketing focuses on the STAFDA channel, mill supply, fasteners, welding and safety and specialty distributors.
