All State Fastener has acquired Creative Assembly, based in Chillicothe, OH. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
ASF, headquartered in Roseville, MI, specializes in the supply of standard and engineered fasteners and related production components. The company conducts business from seven facilities across North America, a European distribution center and supporting offices in Asia.

The joining of these two organizations with like synergies will help grow the market share, better utilize technology, expand our product portfolio, and enhance our existing footprint all designed to drive significant value for our customers and our employees. We are extremely excited about what lies ahead,” said All State Fastener’s CEO, Carryl Dvorak, in a July 15 news brief.
CAS is a supplier of fasteners, class-C components and material management systems. With facilities in Chillicothe, OH and Denton, TX, CAS supports OEM customers in the heavy truck, automative and industrial manufacturing industries focusing on supply chain management.
