For successful analytics implementation, management should encourage employees to adapt quickly to newly gained knowledge, says Julia Klein, chairwoman and CEO of C.H. Briggs, in Increase Analytics Usability & Excitement, a summary of the MDM Webcast: Build an Analytics Culture.
Establishing a “rhythm of reassessment” that promotes quick course correction is necessary for analytics success, says Klein. When an analytics tool does not function correctly during assessment, identify the problem and adjust the tool accordingly.
