US LBM Holdings LLC, Green Bay, WI, continued its acquisitive way through a pair of its subsidiaries. Universal Supply Co. acquired A&C Supply, a distributor of construction fasteners, tools and supplies in the Delaware Valley. And K-I Lumber acquired three companies in Louisville, KY – Boland Maloney Lumber, Kingbrook Window and Door, and Structural Component Systems.
Also in building materials, SRS Distribution, McKinney, TX, a roofing distribution holding company, agreed to acquire Advanced Building Products, Harahan, LA, a regional independent distributor of roofing, siding, windows, gutters and related residential and commercial building products, supplies and services.
ABC Supply Co. Inc., Beloit, WI, acquired exterior building materials distributor Elite Home Supplies Inc. Bay City, MI.
A pair of deals from Sonepar USA subsidiaries highlighted M&A activity in the electrical sector last month. Crawford Electric Supply, Dallas, TX, purchased Trinity Electric Supply, an independent electrical distributor of commercial and industrial lighting products also based in Dallas.
And Cooper Electric, Monroe, NJ, acquired Ciro Electrical Supply Co, an electrical distributor based in Philadelphia, PA.
Also in electrical sector, Paris-based electrical distributor Rexel acquired Shanghai Maxqueen, a distributor of building automation systems and related added value services in China.
Electrical Equipment Co. (EECO), Raleigh NC, agreed to acquire the Lynchburg, VA, branch of Eck Supply.
