U.S. LBM Holdings LLC, Green Bay, WI has acquired American Lumber Corp., Baltimore, MD, from fourth-generation owners Howard Farbman, Douglas Farbman and Jack Farbman. Howard Farbman will remain with the company as president.
Founded in 1904, the company, which is known as ALCO Doors, manufactures interior and exterior doors for commercial and residential use.
