Bunzl plc, the UK-based international distribution and outsourcing group, has appointed Frank van Zanten as chief executive, effective in April. He replaces Michael Roney, who is retiring after more than a decade in Bunzl's top post.
Van Zanten, who is currently managing director of Bunzl’s Continental Europe business area, will join the board on Feb. 1 and assume his new role upon Roney’s retirement.
