EFC International, St. Louis, MO, has acquired Texas-based fastener distributor Technology Components Southwest. Terms were not disclosed.

The company said the acquisition is part of its plan for regional/global expansion, market diversification and enhanced product/service offerings. EFC International is a provider of specialty component parts to the OEM and distribution market.
