SRS Distribution Agrees to Acquire SG Wholesale Roofing Supplies

Latest acquisition gives roofing distributor five branches in California.

SRS Distribution, McKinney, TX, a roofing distribution holding company, has agreed to acquire SG Wholesale Roofing Supplies, Santa Ana, CA, a family-owned distributor of residential and commercial roofing products, supplies and services. Terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 1976, SG Wholesale employs more than 75 and in addition to its headquarters in Santa Ana has locations in Gardena, Costa Mesa, Vista, and Spring Valley, CA. SRS will continue to operate these branches under the SG Wholesale Roofing Supplies name.
