KLX Inc. (NASDAQ:KLXI), Wellington, FL, reported sales for the first quarter of $411.3 million, a 16.5 percent increase year-over-year. Profit for the first quarter increased 636 percent to $18.4 million.
The aerospace solutions group reported a 10 percent increase in sales for the quarter. The energy services groups reported a 72.4 percent increase.
