Flowserve Corp. (NYSE: FLS), Dallas, TX, has appointed John (Jay) Roueche III as interim CFO, effective immediately. Roueche’s appointment follows Karyn Ovelmen’s departure from the company as executive vice president and CFO. Flowserve will initiate a search to identify a permanent CFO.
