Rockwell Automation Inc. (NYSE: ROK), Milwaukee, WI, reported sales for the fiscal year of $6.7 billion, up 5.6 percent year-over-year. Organic sales grew 5.5 percent. Profit decreased 35.1 percent to $535.5 million.
For the fourth quarter, sales were $1.7 billion, up 3.7 percent year-over-year. Organic sales increased 7.3 percent. Profit increased 69.1 percent to $345.9 million.
