High Road Capital Partners, New York, NY, a private equity firm, has completed the acquisition of Radix Wire, Cleveland, OH, a manufacturer of high-temperature and fire-resistant wire and cable. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The company will be renamed Radix Wire & Cable to better reflect its product portfolio.
