Building products distributor ABC Supply Co. Inc., Beloit, WI, has acquired CSC Home & Hardware, a distributor of drywall, roofing and hardware products based in Morgantown, WV.
The deal expands ABC Supply’s reach into a new market, the company said, adding that CSC Home & Hardware associates will remain with the company.
The deal follows ABC Supply’s acquisition of DRI Supply, with locations in California and Nevada, earlier this month.
