Ferguson Waterworks announced the acquisition of Grand Junction Pipe & Supply effective September 24. The company will operate as Grand Junction Pipe, a Ferguson enterprise.
Founded in 1965 and headquartered in Grand Junction, Colorado, the waterworks company supplies irrigation and utility water pipes, valve fittings and accessory items to local utility districts, contractors, golf courses and the agricultural sector.
“The acquisition expands our footprint on the Western Slope of Colorado and allows us to diversify our core waterworks business and reach new customers by entering the irrigation and agricultural sectors,” said Ferguson CEO Kevin Murphy.
