The NEFCO Corporation, Hartford, CT, an electrical, mechanical and HVAC distributor, has acquired Contractors & Industrial Supply Inc., a dynamic specialty construction distributor servicing the Southern Virginia and North Carolina markets. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
