Curbell Plastics Acquires the Plastics Business of Great Lakes Plastic Company

The acquisition gives Curbell a new sales representative who will transition over from Great Lakes continuing to service the original accounts ensuring no disruption of service.

Curbell Plastics Inc., Orchard Park, New York, number six on MDM’s 2019 Top Plastics Distributors List, has acquired the plastics business of Great Lakes Plastic Company, Inc., in Buffalo, New York. Terms of the transaction were not available.

The acquisition gives Curbell a new sales representative who will transition over from Great Lakes continuing to service the original accounts ensuring no disruption of service.

“The addition of the Buffalo, NY Great Lakes plastics business will enhance our existing Western New York accounts strengthening our local presence,” said Jeff Burke, Regional Director of Curbell Plastics. “We are excited to have a new sales representative added to our Orchard Park sales force and are confident we can service our new customers at an even higher level than before by offering additional resources, materials, and technical expertise.”
