Siemens AG (OTCMKTS: SIEGY), Munich, Bavaria, plans to acquire Process Systems Enterprise, a technology-leading global supplier of software and services for advanced process modeling. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Thetransaction scheduled to close in Q4 2019. The 160-person PSE operation will be integrated into the Process Automation Business Unit of Siemens Digital Industries. The current PSE management team will remain in place.
Siemens has been working with PSE successfully since June 2018 within a strategic partnership.
