A&M Industrial Merges with Boro Supply Company

Full-line industrial supplier joins forces with industrial distributor.

A&M Industrial Inc. has merged with Boro Supply Company, an industrial distributor headquartered in Fair Lawn, NJ that has been a provider of metalworking machinery and accessories for over 30 years. The existing Boro Supply Fair Lawn location will serve as the North Jersey hub for A&M and feature a machinery showroom and an extensive inventory of cutting tools and abrasives.

David Young, President of A&M Industrial, says, “Boro Supply, like A&M, has distinguished itself as an organization with an unwavering commitment to the success of their customers. Joining forces enables us to offer customers a convenient North Jersey hub as well as a broader range of industrial products and inventory management services.”

A&M Industrial Inc., headquartered in Rahway, NJ, is a full-line industrial supplier operating a 160,000-square-foot distribution center in Cranbury, NJ and sales offices throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. The company offers a complete line of MRO products, with expertise in metalworking applications, safety, PPE & ergonomic products, material handling & storage equipment, and PVF & fabricated hose assemblies.
