Motion Industries, Inc., Birmingham, AL, has completed the acquisition of Don Hills Company, a single facility located in Union, ME.
In operation since January 1976, Don Hills Company sells, services, and repairs hydraulic, fluid power and hose products/components. “This strategic move is a continuation of our growth in Maine, and we are pleased to have Don Hills Company join our organization,” said Motion President and CEO Bill Stevens.
With 2005 sales of $2.8 billion, Motion Industries serves more than 150,000 customers from the automotive, chemical, food and beverage, wood and lumber, iron and steel, pulp and paper, mining and aggregate, and pharmaceutical industries through 460 operations across North America.
