Maska, a manufacturer of sheaves, bushings, couplings and related mechanical power transmission components, will increase Baldor’s presence in the power transmission market with its complementary products, said John McFarland, CEO of Baldor. Additionally, the acquisition provides Baldor with a second plant in China to support international growth.
