Fasteners distributor Endries International will soon oopen a new distribution center in Fort Worth, TX.
Endries said the 65,000-square-foot facility is strategically located near intermodal yards, with close access to West Coast ports and Latin America, making it an ideal staging hub to support the company’s warehouse operations in Mexico.
The new DC is expected to begin operations by Feb. 28.

The company added that establishment of a Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) within the facility will allow Endries to better manage the growing complexities of import tariffs and duties.
The news comes only five months after Endries opened a new distribution center in Northern Illinois.
“Our investment in this new distribution center is driven by our growing business in the region,” Endries President and CEO Michael Knight said in a Jan. 8 news release. “It reflects our commitment to meeting the evolving needs of our customers. With increased capacity, improved logistics access, and the benefits of an FTZ, we are poised to deliver even greater value to our customers while positioning ourselves for ongoing long-term growth.”

The other most recent news out of Endries was its acquisition was of Apopka, FL-based Assembly Fasteners, Inc, completed on Nov. 12.
The company was No. 9 on MDM’s List of Top Distributor’s for Fasteners and No. 40 for Industrial Supplies.
