Foodservice, packaging supplies, industrial products and janitorial supplies distribution Imperial Dade acquired Economy Products & Solutions, Inc.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed, but this is Imperial Dade’s 18th acquisition in 2024.

Rochester, NY-based EPS is a distributor of janitorial supplies and equipment, packaging materials, printing and office paper, safety products and more. Established in 1936, the company serves customers in Buffalo, Syracuse and upstate New York’s Southern Tier.

“We are excited to partner with Denise and EPS’ outstanding employees,” Imperial Dade CEO Jason Tillis said in a Nov. 11 news release. “We look forward to investing in the company’s continued profitable growth throughout upstate New York and across the United States.”

The transaction marks Imperial Dade’s 94th acquisition under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis. The company’s previous two most recent acquisitions were of San Jose, CA-based California Janitorial Supply and Reno, NV-based Inland Supply.

Imperial Dade was No. 2 on MDM’s Top Distributors List for JanSan, Packaging & Disposables.
