Electrical supplies distributor LoneStar Electric is opening a new distribution center in New Orleans, LA.
The New Orleans facility will employ approximately 20 people under the leadership of Brett Comeaux. LoneStar Electric said it expects the facility to be operational by the end of the year.
“We’re excited about bringing our solutions to the Louisiana market,” LoneStar Senior Executive said in an Oct. 28 news release. “Our dedication to making things happen has fueled the incredible success we’ve seen over the past couple of years.”
The company expanded into the Rio Grande Valley by opening a facility in McAllen earlier this year. Additionally, LoneStar has established locations in College Station and McKinney. Last year, the company began operations in West Texas, specifically in the Midland-Odessa, Lubbock and Amarillo regions.
LoneStar Electric Supply was No. 15 on MDM’s Top Distributors List for Electrical/Data/Security.
