AWI Holdings, LLC (Auto-Wares) — a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries — partnered with Moog Louisville Warehouse, Inc.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Moog is a distributor of automotive parts and supplies in the greater Louisville, KY, and southern Indiana areas. It marks the 88th acquisition made by Auto-Wares since its establishment.
“I am most excited to announce that Moog Louisville Warehouse and its Bumper to Bumper stores have joined forces with Auto-Wares Group of Companies,” Moog Louisville President and CEO Doug Washbish. “I’ve had the benefit of working with and sharing ideas with the team at Auto-Wares for some 25+ years, as a member of the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance.”
Washbish will join the Auto-Wares Board of Directors and executive leadership team.
