AFC Industries Adds New Sales Leader

The company appointed Jim Henning as VP of Sales for the AFC Tooling Group to drive strategic growth and enhance customer relationships.

Ohio-based fasteners distributor AFC Industries appointed Jim Henning as Vice President of Sales for the AFC Tooling Group.

An industry veteran with over 35 years of experience, Henning previously worked in leadership positions for companies such as Walter, Kennametal, Widia and Dapra.

In his new position, Henning will manage strategic initiatives within the AFC Tooling Group. He will concentrate on aligning marketing and sales strategies to boost revenue growth, while collaborating with Jim Terry and the sales teams from PF Markey and Cline Tool to drive sales development.

“His extensive experience in the tolling industry and proven track record of driving growth makes him a perfect fit for AFC Tooling Group,” AFC Tooling Group President Tom Hagarty said in a Sept. 17 news release. “Jim’s leadership will be instrumental as we continue to strengthen relationships with key customers and pursue new opportunities in the marketplace,”

In August, AFC announced the appointment of a new VP of Marketing and a new VP of Operations for Aerospace – North America.

The company was No. 35 on MDM’s Top Distributors List for Industrial Supplies and No 8. For Fasteners.
