PVF, HVAC, plumbing and industrial supplies distributor Winsupply has acquired high-density polyethylene (HDPE) supplier Forge PolyFab in its third deal of the year.
“Winsupply is strategically expanding in the HDPE market, and this acquisition will complement the one made in December 2023 of Milford Supply Companies,” explained Greg Holbrock, Winsupply President of Mergers and Acquisitions Due Diligence and Financial Integration, in a June 26 news release. “Forge PolyFab specializes in HDPE fabrication, which will further enhance Winsupply’s segment’s offerings.”
Established in 2020 and headquartered in the Dallas-Forth Worth metroplex, Forge Polyfab produces HDPE fabricated products utilizing feedstock from U.S. PE manufacturers. Its primary focus is fabricated PE fittings.
“With the acquisition of Forge, customers of the Winsupply family of companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex will experience expanded HDPE offerings and access to a greater array of fabricated fittings,” Winsupply Director of Business Development Steve Coen said.
Earlier this month, the company also expanded its U.S. southwest presence with the acquisition of a Phoenix-based HVAC equipment and product distributor and manufacturer.
