The Industrial Supply Association (ISA) has opened enrollment for a second cohort of next-generation industrial leaders following strong interest in its first 2024 Emerging Leaders Channel Certification (ELCC) program.
“The first cohort for 2024 is already at full capacity, reflecting the enthusiastic response from industry professionals and companies eager to invest in the development of their rising leaders,” ISA officials said in an April 4 news release.
ISA experienced a surge in enrollment from both individual professionals and organizations.
The ELCC program — designed to cultivate and empower the next generation of industrial leaders — offers a multi-layered curriculum, combining virtual courses, in-person leadership development events, and collaborative meetups. It is crafted to strengthen core skills, deepen insights into channel dynamics, and foster strategic “big picture” thinking.
“Witnessing how this program brings together so many young and enthusiastic professionals is inspiring,” said ISA Board of Directors Chair Rob Keenan. “It’s a clear sign that our industry’s future is brimming with potential, and a testament to ISA’s dedication to developing the next generation of leaders.” Keenan is also President of metal-cutting tools and machinery manufacturer Seco Tools.
ISA will hold its annual convention, ISA24, April 15-17 in Charlotte, NC.
