West Columbia, SC-based electrical distributor CEEUS has expanded its service territory into Virginia with a $37 million investment in a 187,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility in Glen Allen.
This past summer, CEEUS shared that starting in 2024, the facility will support the distributor’s customers in Virginia, Maryland and Delaware.
CEEUS and its subsidiary Line Equipment Sales Company serve electric cooperatives, municipals, and investor-owned utilities as well as contractors and electric customers.
CEEUS has experienced 41% growth in 2021, 53% in 2022, and another 9% so far this year, according to a report by electrical utilities cooperative CFC. The company recently announced the purchase of a new warehouse in West Columbia, South Carolina, and the construction of new office space at that facility.
