Following their landmark merger at the end of October, JanSan, foodservice and industrial packaging supplies distributors BradyIFS and Envoy Solutions certainly aren’t slowing down their expansion.
The now combined company announced Nov. 22 that it has acquired Sierra Supply & Packaging (Sierra Packaging Inc.), which serves the east Texas market from a solo location just west of Tyler, Texas. Sierra is a distributor of JanSan, production, packaging, safety and office supplies.
Terms were not disclosed for the deal, which is already the second for BradyIFS + Envoy Solutions since their merger.
Sierra is led by Larry and Christie Johnson, who founded the company in 1996 in Tyler.
The Sierra deal follows BradyIFS + Envoy Solutions’ acquisition of Jansan products distributor Qualmax, announced Nov. 14.
BradyIFS + Envoy Solutions have nearly $5 billion in annual revenue, powered by approximately 6,000 employees across about 180 locations.
