On Nov. 13, Highlands Ranch, Colorado-based building materials distributor Kodiak Building Partners announced leadership transitions within its northwest lumber sector, which comes as part of its strategic expansion efforts in the northwest region.
Willie Hertford has been promoted to President of Miller Lumber Company, and Scott Peacock has been elevated to President of Albeni Falls Building Supply.
Hertford, who previously served as Vice President of Operations at Miller Lumber, will assume the President role on Nov. 16. He will now oversee the strategic direction and operations of Miller Lumber, following the retirement of Charley Miller, the current President.
Charley Miller’s leadership significantly contributed to the growth and success of Miller Lumber, establishing it as a trusted provider of building materials in the Bend, Oregon, area, Kodiak officials said in a news release.
Peacock, the current General Manager at Albeni Falls Building Supply, has been promoted to President of the company.
On MDM’s 2023 Top Distributors Lists, Kodiak ranks No. 11 among building materials/construction distributors.
