Alabama-based electrical distributor Inline Electric Supply recently announced it has acquired TVW Electrical Supplies, a distributor of electrical supplies including lighting products, lighting controls and power distribution products.
Financial details were not disclosed.
Inline has 21 locations across Alabama, Tennessee and Georgia. As part of the deal, TVW Electrical Supplies employees will become employee-owners, according to Electrical Trends.
“Inline Electric Supply Company is excited to announce the acquisition of TVW Electrical Supplies as of September 30, 2023,” Inline said in a company news release. “Over the last 12 years, Kent Lawrence and his team have become the go-to electrical supply business in Decatur. As part of Inline Electric Supply Co., their capabilities to service the Decatur area customers will be significantly expanded in numerous areas.”
TVW is the second acquisition for Inline this year, according to Electrical Trends.
