JanSan and foodservice supply distributor Imperial Dade on July 5 announced two new acquisitions, marking the company’s seventh and eight acquisition of the year and its first entrance into Dallas, Texas, and the state of Hawaii.

Financial terms of the private transactions were not disclosed.

New Jersey-based Imperial Dade acquired Dallas-based industrial and janitorial supply distributor Lovan Industries, as well as Triple F Distributing, a distributor of foodservice packaging supplies, janitorial supplies and sustainable packaging servicing each Hawaiian island.

“The resources and strategic support will enable us to continue our growth trajectory and strengthen customer relationships,” said Paul Ah Cook, President of Triple F, in a news release. Triple F’s management team will remain in place. The company was owned by Invision Diversified Holdings.

Imperial Dade was listed as a top JanSan distributor on MDM’s 2023 Top Distributors List with a 2022 revenue of $4.9 billion.

The transactions this month represent the 65th and 66th acquisition for Imperial Dade under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis, Chairman and CEO of Imperial Dade, respectively. Imperial Dade has had a busy year with acquisitions. Here is a list of the acquisitions as of July 7:
