For its fiscal 2023 second-quarter, Oxford, Connecticut-based RBC Bearings Inc. reported net sales of $369.2 million, an increase of 129.4% over the same quarter last year. Organic net sales for fiscal 2Q were up 9.9%, RBC said in its announcement.
Industrial segment organic net sales were up 7.9%, and Aerospace/Defense segment net sales were up 11.4%. RBC reported $723.2 million in net sales for the first six months of fiscal 2023, a 128% increase over the same span last year.
“We are pleased to report that revenues in our second quarter were strong in both the industrial and aerospace sectors,” said Dr. Michael J. Hartnett, RBC Chairman and CEO. “In addition, excellent execution by our manufacturing base coupled with better supply chain performance produced these record breaking operating results.”
