Highlands Ranch, Colorado-based Kodiak Building Partners has acquired Oregon-based Miller Lumber Company, according to trade publication reports.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Miller’s current owners are expected to remain in their leadership roles, according to the reports.
