Kaman Distribution Group, a national distributor and solutions provider, announced it has acquired Integro Technologies Corporation.
KDG, based in Bloomfield, Connecticut, ranks No. 24 on MDM’s Top Distributors list for industrial and construction distributors, with $1 billion in 2020 revenue.
The company also ranks No. 3 on MDM’s list of power transmission/bearings distributors and No. 7 for top fluid power distributors.
Salisbury, North Carolina-based Integro is a nationally recognized integrator and inspection company. Integro develops turn-key productivity solutions through machine vision and robotics.

KDG said the merger will address customers’ needs for a more complete set of solutions to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of their operations.
Integro will be a part of KDG’s business unit but will support the entire platform across critical industries including pharmaceutical, medical, automotive, aerospace, consumer products, packaging and logistics.
