RelaDyne Acquires PPC Lubricants

PPC Lubricants adds more density to RelaDyne's footprint in the East Coast, specifically the Pennsylvania and Maryland markets.
On July 19, Lohr am Main, Germany-based mobile and industrial hydraulics manufacturer Bosch Rexroth, a subsidiary of Bosch, announced the acquisition of fluid power distributor HydraForce.

Cincinnati-based RelaDyne, which offers lubricants, fuel, diesel exhaust fluid (DEF), and industrial reliability services, announced the acquisition of PPC Lubricants, a lubricant distributor in the Mid-Atlantic region. Financial terms of the deal weren’t available.

PPC Lubricants, founded in 1977, is headquartered in in Jonestown, Pennsylvania. With more than 800 products, PPC serves customers in eight neighboring states: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio and New York.

PPC Lubricants adds more density to RelaDyne’s footprint in the East Coast, specifically the Pennsylvania and Maryland markets.
