Hand tool manufacturer C.H. Hanson, Naperville, IL, has announced a series of executive changes that signify a shift in strategic direction and reinforce its commitment to family leadership.
Former President Craig Hanson has been named CEO, while former Executive Vice President Phil Hanson has been elected by the company’s board of directors to serve as its president.
Manufacturing and distribution specialist Bill Loebbaka has been named the company’s new COO, replacing Bob Hudson, who retired June 28. Loebbaka, a long-time consultant to the family, also previously managed consumer and industrial companies serving large global retail and industrial customers.
“Anytime there are changes at the top levels of a company, there can be questions about what it’s all going to mean,” Craig Hanson, new CEO, said. “We hope our customers and partners see these changes for what they are – a reaffirmation of the commitment to exceptional products and personal service.”
