United Stationers Supply Co., a wholly owned subsidiary of United Stationers Inc. (NASDAQ: USTR), Deerfield, IL, has sold MBS Dev to Microsoft Dynamics AX provider Project AX, Irvine, CA. Terms were not disclosed.
For the first nine months of 2014, MBS Dev's revenues were $13 million. In the fourth quarter, United said it expects to record a loss of an estimated $8 million to $10 million related to MBS Dev.
