Hunzicker Brothers Inc., Oklahoma City, OK, has agreed to acquire SESCO Electric Supply Company.

Jack Henderson, Executive Vice President of Hunzicker Brothers said that adding these new markets will increase Hunzicker’s service capabilities and strengthen its position in the electrical distribution business. Henderson said Hunzicker is also seeking other strategic acquisitions.

SESCO is an independent electrical distributor with four locations in Oklahoma.

Hunzicker Brothers Inc. is a full-line electrical distributor with eight locations in Oklahoma. Hunzicker Brothers provides electrical equipment and lighting products for manufacturing, commercial and residential construction; oil and gas exploration, production and refining; schools, universities, hospitals, food processing and utility companies.
