Penn Jersey Paper Company, Philadelphia, PA, has acquired Gelmarc Distributors, a broad line distributor of foodservice supplies, equipment, disposables and janitorial products located in Cherry Hill, NJ.

This is PJP’s third acquisition in the last seven years, further strengthening the company’s distribution channels in its core market area.
PJP will take over operations of the Gelmarc cash and carry storefront making it the third PJP Marketplace foodservice superstore.
PJP is a Philadelphia-based full-line distributor of foodservice supplies, equipment and disposables.
